Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in order to return the item.
How to return your item
Please contact us by quoting your order number in the message along with any issues contact us.
We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions for sending the items back. Please note that we do not offer a return pick-up service. You may return the items using any carrier of your choice. For a quicker refund process, we recommend sharing the return tracking reference with us.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your Bank or Credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Refused Parcels
If the carrier is unable to deliver the item for any reason, they will contact you to reschedule delivery, with up to three attempts. If the parcel is refused upon delivery without any fault of the carrier, a charge of Rs. 100 per refused shipment will apply.
